|Recommended: YesLeo, With Maitnence, Was Excellent — Leo came in today to repair some flooring for me, fix a window issue and change an air filter in the HVAC. He was upbeat, personable, and very efficient. He was extremely respectful and understanding that I was working from home and am in Sales. I had multiple customers call while he was working. He took 2 work phone calls OUTSIDE so he didn't interfere with my work, and he asked for the ok before drilling on the window sill while I was on the phone with a coworker. The part I appreciate the most was that I did not have to ask him to do all of this, he just simply did it out of respect. These are the kind of people that make residents appreciate our stay at Modera Pearl, and I hope Leo gets word that I greatly appreciated his all around service.

|Recommended: YesThis apartment is a great place to live. High ceilings and huge windows are what make it. I don’t know what people are talking about when they say that it’s not a clean apartment building—it is very clean. The stairs, elevators, and hallways are consistently being mopped, vacuumed, and bleached by the staff. There have been some mysterious and loud noises in the middle of the night, but the staff has been prompt in addressing and trying to limit it.
There was a break in into the garage, but it seemed that the perp had a key, so you can’t really blame management for that. We also live in the city, where almost no apartment building is safe from a potential break in. They were also quick to replace the garage gate when the thief ran it down.
When I first moved in, there were a lot more problems and staff turnover, but when the new managers took over it went uphill.

|Recommended: NoRoom for improvement — There is room for improvement with regard to cleanliness of the community spaces, hallways, and elevators.

We have been working on improving the cleaning and have hired a temporary grounds person to work on getting the property back into proper condition due to being a little short staffed. Hopefully you have noticed a change over the last week in the cleanliness as we added more personnel to focus on grounds and common area cleaning. Thank you for this feedback, Cameron. We apologize for any lack of cleanliness in the building. The team has been short staffed and trying to keep up, but over the last couple of weeks has brought in more help to get the property looking better. We have a cleaning crew here six days a week as well and will be following up with them more regularly to ensure proper time and effort is spent on cleaning. |Recommended: YesAmazing — My experience here has been truly amazing This property is very clean, I mean every morning you see staff cleaning elevators and floors. They are very quick to respond to work orders and all around the staff are all friendly. The interior of the apartments are top notch quality and I do not hear a sound from outside or above me. The neighborhood is really what got me here from San Francisco because everything is all walking distance from your apartment. Highly recommend this place
